11th Annual Weathering the Storm: All Hazards Disaster Conference Sponsor/Vendor Registration

Date: October 18th, 2023 9am-5pm Registration Starts at 7:30am. Vendors are encouraged to exhibit from 7:30am-3:30pm. Doors open for set up 10/17 from 3pm-5pm and 10/18 starting at 6am.

NPO Exhibitor status is available for organizations wishing to provide educational or informational exhibits to conference goers. NPO Vendor status is available to non-profit organizations wishing to represent/promote their organization to conference goers.

Special Opportunity

As an additional feature this year we are exploring ways to highlight all of the fantastic vendors and exhibitors that help us make this event so amazing. If you are interested in giving a short talk about your organization during the day, approx. 5 min possibly over lunch, please indicate so below. Depending on the number of interested parties the conference committee will review available time slots to help ensure we provide the best overall conference experience.

Diamond- $1000 and up

Benefits include: Priority display of your business name and logo on all promotional materials in the largest font size, priority display in social media posts, and hyperlinks directing traffic to your website (where able). Half page ad in Final Program. Special signage recognizing Diamond Level Sponsorship at the event. Vendor Table registration included. Conference registration for up to 8 persons with light breakfast and lunch provided. Sponsor-provided item to be included in attendee welcome pack.

Platinum- $500 up to $1000

Benefits include: Vendor Table registration as well as business name inclusion in your preferred font and logo in all promotional materials, website, and Final Program. Social media sponsor highlights. Special signage recognizing Platinum Level Sponsorship at the event. Conference registration for up to 6 persons with light breakfast and lunch provided.

Gold- $250 up to $500

Benefits include: Vendor Table registration as well as business name inclusion in your preferred font in all promotional materials, website, and Final Program. Special signage recognizing Gold Level Sponsorship at the event. Conference registration for up to 4 persons with light breakfast and lunch provided.

SILVER- $150 up to $250

Benefits include: Vendor Table registration as well as business name inclusion in all promotional materials, website, and Final Program. Special signage recognizing Silver Level Sponsorship at the event. Vendor table registration includes 1 booth space with a 3x8 table and 2 chairs. Conference registration for up to 2 persons with light breakfast and lunch provided.

BRONZE- Less than $150

Benefits include: Special signage recognizing Bronze Level Sponsorship at the event. Listing of all sponsors on conference website and in the Final Program

Donations for door prizes, speaker gifts, raffle items, etc… are always greatly appreciated.
